Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Organizer

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by Agesync d.o.o., Varázdin, Croatia (the “Organizer”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants release these platforms from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway.

Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to natural persons aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must reside in a country where Agesync services are available: Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, France.
• Employees of the Organizer, its partner clinics and laboratories, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Entries made through fake, duplicate, or automated accounts will be disqualified.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 10, 2026 at 20:00 CET and ends on July 31, 2026 at 20:00 CET (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Giveaway Period:

• Follow the official Agesync account on the platform where the Giveaway post is published;
• Like the official Giveaway post;
• Leave a comment on the Giveaway post tagging at least one other person.

Optional bonus entry: sharing the Giveaway post to a public story and tagging the official Agesync account counts as one (1) additional entry per share, provided the story is visible to the Organizer at the time of the drawing.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free of charge.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) twelve-month Agesync subscription, comprising access to the Agesync platform, blood testing as included in the applicable subscription plan, and physician review of results; and
• One (1) Agesync blood test kit.

Approximate total retail value: €2,000.00. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

Important — medical services notice: The Agesync subscription provides access to health testing and physician-led services. All clinical services within the platform, including any treatment, are subject to the standard medical intake process, physician assessment, and applicable eligibility requirements. Winning the Giveaway does not guarantee eligibility for, or entitlement to, any specific medical treatment. Nothing in this Giveaway constitutes medical advice.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries within five (5) days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
• The winner will be announced on the Organizer’s official account and contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter.
• The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide the information reasonably required to deliver the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner by the same method.
• The Organizer will never ask for payment, payment card details, or passwords in connection with claiming the prize. Any account requesting such information is fraudulent.

Personal Data

By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data (platform username; and for the winner: name, contact details, and delivery address) by the Organizer solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and delivering the prize, in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will be retained no longer than necessary for these purposes. Participants may exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, and others) by contacting info@agesync.com.

The winner’s platform username may be published in the winner announcement. Any further promotional use of the winner’s name or likeness will only occur with their separate, explicit consent.

Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, uses automated or fraudulent means of entry, posts content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights, or otherwise attempts to manipulate the Giveaway.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failures or platform malfunctions, nor for any actions or omissions of the social media platforms on which the Giveaway is conducted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under Croatian consumer protection law.

Changes and Early Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including technical failure, fraud, or legal requirements) prevent it from being conducted as planned. Any changes will be announced in the same manner as these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; failing that, the competent court in Croatia shall have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected.

Acceptance

By entering the Giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
